On April 2, a closing ceremony for the 2^nd plenary session of the 4^th Teachers\' Congress of SCCE was held in lecture hall. The teacher’s delegates and all official leaders of SCCE attended this closing ceremony. Prof. Xinling Wang, chairman of the worker’s union presided this ceremony.

Firstly, Prof. Xinling Wang, on behalf of SCCE, introduced the work of the Teachers\' Congress. He pointed out that in the past year, the worker’s unions has done much more work. Included that the construction of the “democracy Home", the "learning Home", the "warm home", the "happy home" and the "harmonious home" for teachers. In the democratic management, maintenance of the rights and interests of teacher’, scientific and standardized work in the construction of campus culture, is the pioneer of the school union work and benchmarking. In recent school union staff home construction, comparison, our union made "model Teacher’s home" honorary title. This is recognition of our union to carry out a series of activities, and hard work of all members.

Then, all Delegates, listen to and reviewed “the 2014 work report”, “the 2014 financial report”, and “the measures for the use draft of management of public housing fees", and in the form of a vote agreed and passed the report and the general assembly resolution.

After the ceremony, Prof. Jiesheng Chen, dean of SCCE, introduced “2015 reform scheme of annual salary”, Ms.Peimin Gong, deputy secretary of SCCE, convey the classification of school development planning.
