On October 19th, 2018, Dr. Fethi Bedioui, director of the International Relations at Chimie ParisTech, visited the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, introduced the programs to students and discussed the extension of dual-degree programs with Prof. Sixun ZHENG, vice dean of SCCE.

During the meeting, Dr. Bedioui introduced the general condition of Chimie ParisTech,  the dual-degree program, and answered students’ questions about the program.

In the in-depth talk, Prof. Zheng and Dr. Bedioui discussed the timeline of student selection, how to receive visiting students and the new dual-degree program designed for graduated students.

Chimie ParisTech is one of the founding schools of ParisTech and one of the member schools of Paris Sciences & Lettres. Chimie ParisTech and SCCE have carried out cooperation on the graduate student level. Students who complete the dual-degree program will obtain the Bachelor’s Degree and the Master’s Degree conferred by SJTU and the Diplôme d'Ingénieur conferred by Chimie ParisTech. Besides, SCCE will host visiting students of Chimie ParisTech and provide a 5-month research internship for them.
